Your tasks

The mission of the Resource Unit is to replace regular staff during their absence. We primarily work within inpatient care.

Initially, we offer you an onboarding process, which we adapt to your needs, in the 7 somatic care departments included in our basic departments. After that, you have the opportunity to expand your personal focus based on interest and need.

With us, you are offered a varied job with elements of medical technology along with basic and specific care for the patients. For us, no day is the same, which means that varying tasks and workplaces occur in your daily work. You are an important part of the teams that care for our patients. With us, you have the chance to utilize your full potential, which provides a stimulating work environment.

Your competence

To thrive with us, you need to have a flexible approach, high service awareness, and great commitment. We would like you to have the ability to quickly shift focus and reprioritize your tasks under changing circumstances and in acute situations. As a person, you are confident in your professional role, responsible, and solution-oriented. Since we work in teams, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, a humble approach, and strive for an open work climate.

You who apply to us are a trained nursing assistant and meet the requirements of the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you have studied according to previous or current program structures. In addition to your grades as a nursing assistant, you need a certificate of your professional qualification as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate stating that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on 1/7 2023.

You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. To thrive with us, we believe you need a few years of work experience in the profession and preferably experience in inpatient care.

Employment form

Permanent employment full-time or by agreement. Start date by agreement. Schedule around the clock every day of the week.
